<p><a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/usfs-hmnf/albums/72157664674562850" title="Manistee National Recreation River" rel="nofollow"><img alt="Manistee National Recreation River" height="240" src="https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1445/25375562445_1e0dc3a721.jpg" width="320"/></a></p><p>The Manistee River between Tippy Dam and the M-55 Bridge was designated as a National Recreational River in 1996.
