Information You Provide
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google or Apple). When you plan a trip, we collect your origin, destination, travel dates, travel preferences, RV details, campground memberships, and waypoints. When you subscribe to Pro, payment information is processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system (on iOS) or Stripe (on the web) — we never store credit card numbers directly.
Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages or screens visited. We use analytics services to understand how users interact with the Service. This data is anonymized and aggregated. On our mobile apps, we may also collect device identifiers, app version, and crash reports to improve stability.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, remembering your preferences, and analytics. Third-party services like Google Analytics and Google AdSense may also set cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Location Data
With your permission, our mobile app may access your device's location to set your trip starting point and find nearby campgrounds. Location data is used only for this purpose and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings.

With your permission, we may send push notifications to your mobile device for trip reminders and important account updates. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, including generating personalized trip itineraries, processing payments, sending account-related communications, analyzing usage patterns to improve our product, displaying relevant advertisements, and preventing fraud and ensuring security.
AI-Powered Trip Planning
To generate trip itineraries, your trip planning inputs (such as origin, destination, travel dates, RV details, campground memberships, and travel preferences) are sent to third-party AI services via our secure servers. These inputs are used solely to generate your trip plan and are not used to train AI models. No health, financial, or contact information is sent to AI providers. Our servers act as an intermediary — the AI service does not receive your identity or account information.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including: cloud infrastructure and data storage providers, payment processors (Apple for in-app purchases, Stripe for web payments), analytics and advertising services, third-party AI services for trip generation, and crash reporting services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which employs industry-standard encryption and security practices. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your account information at any time through the Service. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information.
6. Third-Party Advertising
Free-tier users may see advertisements on our website and in our mobile apps. On the web, we use Google AdSense, which may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your browsing activity. In our mobile apps, we use Google's Interactive Media Ads (IMA) SDK to display video advertisements. On iOS, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before enabling personalized ads. If you decline tracking, you will not see personalized ads. You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at ads.google.com/settings. Pro subscribers do not see advertisements.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
