These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RVmapper website at rvmapper.com and all related services (the “Service”), operated by Connecticode LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
RVmapper provides AI-powered RV trip planning tools, including personalized itinerary generation, campground recommendations, and route optimization. The Service is available in both free and paid (Pro) tiers.
2. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Free and Pro Plans
The free tier provides limited daily trip plans with advertising. The Pro subscription ($2.99/month or $29.99/year) removes ads, unlocks unlimited trip plans, provides access to our premium AI model, and includes priority support.
Billing & Auto-Renewal: Pro subscriptions are auto-renewable. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. On the web, payment is processed through Stripe by Connecticode LLC. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewal charge is billed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. On iOS, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. On the web, you can manage your subscription from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's refund policies. For web subscriptions, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws or regulations, generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or illegal content, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse engineer or copy the Service, overload our systems through automated means, or resell or redistribute trip data commercially without permission.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Trip itineraries, campground recommendations, and route suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Always verify campground availability, road conditions, and booking details independently before traveling. RVmapper is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding associated with RVmapper are our intellectual property or used under license. Trip itineraries generated for you are yours to use personally, but the underlying technology and algorithms remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVmapper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated trip recommendations, campground booking issues, road conditions, or vehicle compatibility information. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVmapper and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Connecticode LLC is registered in the State of Connecticut.
